Baytkon Return & Replacement Policy

We stand behind every kitchen and home item we sell. If a product arrives defective, we’ll replace it—quickly and hassle-free.

Important: Only defective items in original, undamaged packaging qualify. We do not offer refunds.


1 | Eligibility

Requirement Details
Defect Functional or cosmetic defect on delivery
Packaging Factory packaging (box, inserts, manuals, accessories) intact and unmarked
Notification Email us the same day you receive the parcel
Proof of Purchase Baytkon order number or receipt
Condition Unused and uninstalled

2 | How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email baytkon@hotmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name & SKU
    • Clear photos/video showing the defect and intact packaging
  2. Our team replies within 1 business day with troubleshooting tips or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. After approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (Lebanon & GCC) or return-shipment instructions (international).
  4. Ship the item back within 5 days of RMA approval. Returns without an RMA, sent late, or in damaged packaging will be refused and returned to you.

3 | Inspection & Replacement

  • Upon receipt, our quality team inspects your item within 3 business days.
  • If the defect is validated and packaging is intact, we will replace the product with the same model (subject to stock).
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent replacement of equal value.

4 | Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or accidents after delivery
  • “Change-of-mind,” size, colour, or aesthetic preferences
  • Missing original packaging, parts, manuals, or accessories
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale, gift cards, or digital downloads
