Flour a small amount on the mold so that the dough does not stick.
Spread a single layer of dough on the mold.
Place the ravioli filling material you have prepared into the cavities in the mold. Cover it with dough again.
Go over the mold with the roller or rolling pin and clean the dough on the edge. Note: Sprinkling flour on the dough before the roller prevents sticking
You can make the manti pour from the mold by turning it over and flexing the mold.
